ABOUT THE ROLE The Middle Leader- Inclusive Education is responsible for to lead the school’s operational and strategic approach to Inclusive Education and acts under the direction of Head of Campus. The role of the Middle Leader – Young People Wellbeing is pivotal in fostering an environment that prioritizes the personalised learning of young people within the Gympie Flexible School. ABOUT YOU Understanding of and commitment to the values of a Catholic educational system of schools in the Edmund Rice tradition. Current and valid Blue Card or the ability to obtain. Current and valid Queensland Driver’s License Proven senior leadership experience, both strategic and operational, characterised by strong organisational, administrative, communication, and leadership skills, particularly in relation to areas outlined in this position. Able to demonstrate the high-level communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills necessary to be successful in a complex and layered organisational structure. Appropriate qualifications in social work, psychology or other young people mental health type qualifications, and relevant professional experience, preferably in a flexible school’s environment.
