Advanced Fresh Concepts is largest supplier of fresh sushi to supermarkets throughout Australia and North America, an industry pioneer with over 37 years experience. AFC has partnered with Australia's leading supermarket chain to introduce its successful sushi and hot food programs. Our sushi is prepared fresh daily, in-store with high quality ingredients and is conveniently packaged for customers to eat any time of the day. We are currently seeking to appoint a new Office Manager to play pivotal role in day to day operations of our office. Some of your responsibilities in this role will be: Processing customer online inquiries including app and web based customers requests Effective management and maintenance of all office equipment such as printers, video conferencing gear and meeting and training room equipment Coordinating all outbound and inbound freight requirements, receive incoming courier packages and prepare outgoing packages Procuring and managing of office supplies including stationery, kitchen and training room supplies Developing organizational procedure and systems for filling and record keeping as well as to ensure all systems are maintained and up to date Planning office and company’s functions such as bi-annual franchise meetings, Annual General Meetings and other ad hoc functions Working closely with human resources department to assist with staff recruitment, timesheets submission and payroll Ensuring compliance with legislation, occupational health and safety regulations, policies and procedures To be successful in this role you will have: 2-3 years of experience in office administration role Positive work ethic and "can do" attitude Exceptional people skills Ability to work independently within small team Good organisational skills and ability to multitask Tertiary qualifications in office administration preferable In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with generous salary package and opportunity to work with a leader in sushi franchise business.
