Brisvegas Machinery is a is a locally owned and operated earthmoving machinery dealership.  Brisvegas Machinery prides itself on having a high calibre team focused on meeting the needs of the customer to the highest standards at all times. We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a great opportunity for the right person to develop an understanding of the construction machinery industry as well as developing skills which may provide further opportunities for career advancement. To meet the standards expected by Brisvegas Machinery you must be self-motivated, confident and extremely organised. You must demonstrate initiative and an ability to work effectively supporting the Brisvegas Machinery brand at all times. As an Administrator at Brisvegas Machinery you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including, though not limited to: Customer service - Interacting with customers via phone and in person ensuring their needs are met. Dealing with email enquiries. Maintaining office inventory. Data entry. Entering Supplier invoices. Varied administrative support across our departments. Monitoring and entering purchase orders.  General administrative duties.
