The Role Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Support Coordinator role is fast-paced and varied, providing sales support for our key customer accounts. You’ll coordinate orders, manage stock tracking, support promotional activity, and ensure all back-end processes are accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities Coordinate orders with internal teams to ensure stock readiness and timely delivery to major retail partners Manage inventory tracking systems and book stock movements for both domestic and international retail distribution Track and monitor retailer orders and deliveries, maintaining accurate spreadsheets and proactively resolving issues or delays Complete promotional submissions across all retail accounts Prepare and manage documentation for new product submissions, pricing updates, and product alterations across customer networks Maintain and update product information within the GS1 platform Assist with monthly sales review, product profit margins and complete pricing adjustments Coordinate packaging and forecast requirements for key accounts Maintain compliance documentation for new products, including product specifications, ingredient lists, and import registration materials Track and save signed agreements related to trade marketing and promotional accruals Accounts Payable raised disputes and follow up for key major retailer Coordinate in-store demo bookings for key major retailer Maintain sales forecast trackers and ensure stock availability aligns with future sales projections Support retail promotional planning, marketing accrual tracking, and internal system updates  What we are Looking For Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales support and/or sales administration role Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or supply chain coordination (FMCG experience is highly desirable) High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Excel (experience with spreadsheets is essential) Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong customer relationships Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Experience with GS1 and compliance documentation a plus Why Work With Us?
