About the Role: Re-seal Bathrooms is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in the bathroom renovation and repair industry. Responsibilities: As the successful candidate, your duties will include but are not limited to: Managing phone lines and responding to emails with a professional demeanour. Document preparation, invoicing, and data entry. Booking and rescheduling appointments. Performing general administration/reception duties, including filing and scanning. Processing invoices, preparing quotes, and creating appointments through simPRO. Building and maintaining rapport with customers. About You: To excel in this role, you should confidently demonstrate the following: Full Australian working rights (we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or reception role, or demonstrated equivalent capability. Background in the trade/construction area is ideal but not essential. Excellent communication skills and phone manners. Intermediate Microsoft Office ability (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience using simPRO is an advantage, but not essential. Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks and provide references Benefits: Competitive salary of 60-70K based on experience, plus superannuation Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
