Our team consists of two dedicated full-time owner GPs, and we are seeking a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist WorkCover / CTP patients with professionalism and care. Schedule appointments and manage patient records. Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries. Process WorkCover and CTP claims while liaising with insurance providers. Follow up on outstanding payments and claims to ensure timely processing. Learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI tools. Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records. Ensure confidentiality and smooth front-desk operations. Assist with pre-employment screening check processes. What We're Looking For: Able to work 5 days Preferably Chinese or Korean speaking Experience in a medical office (preferred but not required). Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Familiarity with WorkCover & CTP processes and payment follow-ups (or willingness to learn). Proficiency in Best Practice (BP) software (preferred but not required). A proactive approach to managing payments and outstanding claims. A compassionate and patient-centred approach. Why Join Us?
