Contract Administrator
Job Description:
A highly respected Melbourne-based builder is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join their close-knit team, delivering some of the city’s most architecturally refined multi-residential projects. About the Role You’ll play a vital role in the delivery of bespoke, design-driven apartment developments across Melbourne’s inner suburbs. Working closely with a committed and collaborative project team, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end administration of contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional attention to detail throughout every stage of the build. Key Responsibilities Prepare, issue, and manage head contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders Administer variations, progress claims, and EOTs with accuracy and timeliness Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to support seamless project delivery Ensure contract documentation is maintained and up-to-date Work in tandem with the Project Manager to monitor budgets, forecasts, and cashflow Drive compliance with regulatory and safety requirements About You Diploma of Building & Construction or similar qualification Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction of high-end apartments Proven background in delivering architecturally designed, high-spec residential or boutique multi-residential projects Strong understanding of Australian construction contracts Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A team player who thrives in a collaborative, design-focused Why Join Work on beautifully crafted, award-winning multi residential projects Be part of a culture that values quality, transparency, and design excellence Opportunity to grow within a supportive and passionate team Inner-city location with modern office facilities This is your chance to be part of a builder known for its integrity, craftsmanship, and lasting relationships in the industry.
