We're expanding our Procurement team and currently hiring for two key roles: 🔹 Purchasing Officer An ideal role for someone with strong purchasing experience who understands the full purchase-to-pay cycle. If you're confident raising POs, liaising with suppliers, and reconciling accounts, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: • Raise and manage purchase orders with speed and accuracy • Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability and ETAs • Process and match supplier invoices for approval • Track outstanding orders and ensure accurate ERP data • Assist with reconciliations and resolving supplier queries What You'll Bring: Previous experience in a purchasing or buying role Solid understanding of accounts payable and invoice workflow High attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication and follow-up skills Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems 🔹 Purchasing Administrator Perfect for someone who loves structure, systems, and supporting a busy team. If you have admin or data entry experience and a keen eye for detail, this could be your step into supply chain. Key Responsibilities: • Enter and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system • Follow up with suppliers on deliveries and confirmations • Assist with basic invoice matching and processing • Keep records and order documentation accurate and up to date • Provide admin support to the Procurement and Finance teams What You'll Bring: Experience in admin, purchasing support or data entry Strong attention to detail and task follow-through Clear communication skills Confidence using Excel and business systems A positive, reliable and proactive approach Why Vitalus?
