Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) Experience in working across all age groups 0-5 NESA Proficient Teacher Accreditation Leadership skills Ability to work with a passionate team that are motivated to enhance children's learning and development Extensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and an understanding of the principles of Early Years Learning Framework Ability to maintain positive relationships and inclusive practice with children, families, staff and community Passionate about Early Childhood Education       Tasks & responsibilities   Plan, Implement and Review educational programs based on your understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Supervise children under your care with the upmost respect and care. Advocate the rights for the children in your care.
