Client Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
The team at SUMS Group are looking for a part-time (3 days minimum) Client Sales Coordinator . The role supports the Customer Operation and Finance teams as well as the Managing Director, delivering great customer service for existing customers, in addition to quoting and ensuring smooth on-boarding of new customers. You will be comfortable working with varied tasks depending on the needs of the business. The role has the potential for growing into a Key Account Management role. Job Description Manage sales opportunities Ensure all opportunities are up-to-date on a weekly basis. Create quotes and send to customers Follow up with customer Focus on new customer on-boarding. Assist MD with creation of large quotes/tenders Assist MD with following up large customer prospects. Assist Finance Dept with customer retention Be the key contact point for large customers When large proposals/tenders have been won, ensure the implementation is followed through. The job is based in the Belrose office and applicants will be expected to attend work 3 consecutive days a week (minimum).
