This is a pivotal role driving the company’s strategic growth agenda and shaping its engagement with the investment community. ‍ About the Role Working closely with the executive leadership team and board, you will: Lead the investor relations strategy to effectively communicate the company’s vision, performance, and value proposition to institutional and wholesale investors, analysts, and stakeholders. Oversee the preparation of ASX releases, results presentations, annual reports, and investor communications. Manage relationships with equity analysts, brokers, and existing and prospective shareholders. Identify, evaluate, and execute corporate development opportunities including M&A, strategic partnerships, and capital market transactions. Support the executive leadership team in articulating the company’s strategic narrative to market participants and internal stakeholders. ‍ About You You will be a commercially astute leader with: A strong background in corporate development, M&A, or investment banking. Ideally some experience of dealing with the investment community, through listed corporate exposure. Exceptional financial and strategic acumen, with the ability to distill complex information into compelling messages. Outstanding stakeholder management skills and credibility with investors, analysts, and the board.
