Metroll—a leader in metal roofing, rainwater systems, fencing, and structural products—is on the hunt for a full-time Internal Sales/Customer Service champion to join our vibrant team!    What’s this role all about?   You’ll be the go-to person for our customers, handling everything from orders to enquiries, and making sure sales run like a well-oiled machine. Think of yourself as the friendly wizard behind the scenes who keeps all the cogs turning smoothly.    Here’s a sneak peek at your daily mission:   Entering and printing sales orders for roofing and sheds (you’ll be a data entry ninja!)  Keeping track of delivery time-off requests—because timing is everything  Making sure next-day orders are keyed in right on time—no last-minute surprises here!  Double-checking order confirmations for errors, discounts, and freight charges before sending to customers  Answering calls and sorting out issues like a pro (plus passing messages with flair)  Helping out sales reps with quotes, account setups, or any sales magic when they’re off-site  Assisting branch managers and accounts teams with credit requests—teamwork makes the dream work!  Managing purchase orders from sales orders for buy-in items  Chatting with customers to solve any service hiccups or complaints  Raising purchase orders in our system (Pronto) like a boss  Making sure all sales orders are entered promptly—no exceptions!  Handling back-orders and keeping customers updated with ETAs (because good communication is everything)  Keeping customers in the loop if there’s any delivery delay due to truck or machine issues  And of course, pitching in with any other tasks as needed to keep the site humming    Bonus points:   If you’ve dabbled in social media or marketing, that’s a big plus—we love versatile team players!    What we’re looking for:   Experience in a similar industry is preferred—so if you’ve worked in manufacturing, construction materials, or something along those lines, that’s a big plus!
