Your opportunity You will lead the Planning & Performance team in delivering Anglicare's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions. By providing strategic insights, financial governance, and expert modelling support to business units, you will enable data-driven decision-making that strengthens our financial sustainability and impact. Your leadership will support enterprise-wide performance, helping us impact more lives and advance the future of social services. With integrity and resilience, you will: Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CFO, Executive, and Senior Leadership, including board-level reporting. Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery for Board approval. Oversee financial modelling and reporting processes to support accurate, compliant, and decision-ready outputs. Guide the Planning & Partnering team to deliver high-quality forecasts and reports aligned with corporate strategy. Implement and govern capital management strategy, including treasury oversight, to support financial sustainability and growth. What you'll bring You're a strategic, collaborative leader and mentor who inspires high performance and excellence in your team. You bring deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital management, along with a strong track record of delivering insights that drive enterprise performance. You will also need: CA or CPA qualified Experience in budgeting, reporting, business partnering, financial modelling, process improvement, and team leadership Extensive professional experience Ideally, you will also have: Relationship building, oral and written communication, listening and collaboration Ideation and problem solving Strategic thinking Customer focus Financial modelling and data analysis Why Anglicare?
