Job Description:
JCT Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and customer focused Tech and Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role combines technical expertise, customer service and administrative prowess to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Technical Support and Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing top tier technical support and customer service. Manage incoming calls, emails, and support tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues. Utilise ticket management systems to track, prioritize, and resolve technical issues . Conduct troubleshooting for hardware and software problems, offering clear solutions to customers. Project Coordination and Data Management Assist in planning and coordinating projects, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder communication. Track project progress, document requirements and manage deliverables using project management tools. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company software and CRM systems. Generate reports and analyse data to improve support processes and customer satisfaction. Inventory and System Management Oversee inventory of IT equipment and software licenses using stock control systems. Assist with procurement, invoicing, and dispatching of goods to customers. Participate in regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records. Qualifications and Skills Experience Proven experience in IT or ICT, or similar technical customer service roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems. Experience with inventory management and basic networking concepts. Knowledge of XERO or similar accounting software is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be brilliant communicator who can effectively manage customer support requests, direct support calls to the appropriate team member, assist in coordinating projects, and maintain essential systems. This role requires a proactive approach to technical support, strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
