Our membership of more than 50,000 includes directors and senior leaders from business, government and the not-for-profit sectors.  About the team The Education Operations team manage faculty operations, scheduling, resource and workforce planning to support successful course and event delivery. The team oversees core education systems, content, procurement, and processes for learners, faculty, and staff. They also design, develop, and deliver assessments across all relevant AICD courses. About the role As the Faculty Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of AICD’s national education programs by coordinating the onboarding, accreditation, scheduling, and ongoing engagement of our faculty. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external facilitators, you will ensure that faculty are appropriately deployed across AICD’s educational programs. This role requires strong administrative and coordination skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence in engaging with stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing service requests, and monitoring faculty performance and workloads. Your remit will be broad and will include: Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of faculty across public, online and B2B programs, to enable the optimal deployment of facilitator resources. Manage end-to-end onboarding and accreditation process for new facilitators, ensuring policy compliance. Maintain accurate and faculty records and data across internal systems. Act as a primary liaison for faculty, managing queries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy. Monitor faculty engagement and delivery quality, review survey feedback, and address any concerns or issues in alignment with AICD’s expectations and standards. Support financial processes, including generating purchase orders and reviewing faculty fees. Identify and implement process improvements, contribute to policy updates and participate in faculty audits. Coordinate faculty travel and logistics, ensuring appropriate support and cost control in line with travel policies. Create and maintain training materials, reports and system guides to support faculty and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery, cross-functional initiatives, and organisational goals. About you You will have strong technical aptitude and previous relevant experience, and you will champion the AICD “OneTeam” approach and values of: Accountability, Respect, Excellence and Collaboration . In addition, you will also have the following: Proven experience in administration and coordination within complex environments. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders. Confidence in handling sensitive conversations and addressing performance or contractual matters. A process-focused approach, with the ability to apply policies and procedures pragmatically and with empathy. High level of digital literacy and the ability to work across multiple systems (e.g. Dynamics, ServiceNow, Outlook). Experience supporting financial processes such as purchase orders, invoices, and contractor arrangements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, documentation, and reporting.
