The opportunity: In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the processing and coding of Utilities invoices including Electricity, Gas and Rates for the Residential Aged Care (RAC) Financial Accounting function. Your duties will include: Collation and coding of Utilities invoices which includes Gas, Electricity and Council rates. Ensure the invoices are processed in a timely manner so that bills are paid on time. Liaising with external suppliers with queries. Provide support and guidance to the Homes for all Utility cost related queries. Ensure responses to queries are dealt with on a timely basis. About you Bachelor Degree in Economics/Business/Accounting preferred but not essential. Part time availability- would suit Visa work restrictions or a university student timetable Intermediate excel experience Previous experience in accounts position beneficial High attention to detail. Strong data processing skills.
