About the Role Greeting on-site visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments Assisting with daily office functions, including document management and meeting minutes Perform basic accounting tasking, including invoicing, and generating reports. Taking incoming calls and providing customers with solutions to their queries or directing them to the correct department Performing outgoing calls as required Skills and Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise work Positive can-do attitude.
