Service Coordinator
Job Description:
A position has become available in our Seven Hills branch for a Service Coordinator fulltime. The role of the service coordinator is to liaise with the State Manager to coordinate the execution of service jobs across the Branch. A service coordinator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: schedule preparation, client liaison, procurement of materials & services, pre-planning coordinating logistics and assisting the State Managers in tracking the service job financial status. Main duties After award of the service, assist the State Manager in reviewing the schedule and allocating of labour Development of the service schedule in Excel Tracking of the service schedules status, ensuring that any deviations are properly identified and communicated to the State Managers in a timely manner. Contacting clients Working with Accounts in head office Liaise with clients re breakdowns & services Qualifications Essential Proficient in organisation skills and communication skills Desirable Previous experience in service industry Core competency and experience required Background in a service based industry MS Office competence Ability to work on Job management accounting systems Applications can be sent to energyservice.sydney@tomlinsonenergy.com.au
