Automotive Invoice Officer
Job Description:
At ORIX Australia, we’re a leader in fleet management and vehicle leasing. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a detail-focused Automotive Invoice Officer to join our Commercial Vehicle team.
As an Automotive Invoice Officer you’ll play a crucial part in our Commercial Vehicle team by processing high volumes of repair invoices with accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll review and enter detailed invoices for commercial vehicle repairs ensuring costs, parts, and services align correctly in our systems.
Your mechanical knowledge will help you decipher complex invoices and spot discrepancies where repairs performed might differ from what’s billed.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Process commercial vehicle repair invoices—around 70 a day
Check task lines, parts, and costs across multi-page invoices
Match invoices to actual repairs performed—sometimes it’s detective work!
Support the passenger vehicle team when needed
Work closely with a friendly, collaborative team
WHAT YOU HAVE:
Excellent data entry skills and an eagle eye for detail
Mechanical or automotive knowledge
Experience handling repair invoices or working in service/parts departments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
