About the role We are seeking a permanent part-time Accounts Assistant to join the team at Rural Export & Trading (WA) Pty Ltd. in our West Perth office, Monday to Friday - 5hrs daily. In this role, you will be responsible for providing valuable support to the Financial Manager and contributing to the overall financial operations of the company. What you'll be doing Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents Maintaining accurate records and filing financial documents Assisting with account reconciliations and data entry Providing administrative support to the Financial Manager as needed Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries What we're looking for Relevant experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing Proficiency in using accounting software MYOB and Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work well in a team and independently Familiarity with accounting principles and practices What we offer Competitive part-time salary and benefits Supportive and collaborative work environment Flexible working arrangements to maintain a healthy work-life balance On site car parking provided About us With over 40 plus years of industry experience, we are committed to supporting the local farming community and contributing to the growth and sustainability of the agricultural sector.
