Full-time role, located at Hallam – South East Nearly 2 weeks closure over Christmas/NY period Opportunity for growth and movement within the business Motherson Lumen, Australia is a market leader in sourcing, developing and delivering components to the OEM vehicle manufacturers in the global market. Motherson Lumen is forging ahead and is committed to delivering high quality products and services. This role operates as the support function for Sales Account Managers as required with re-active and pro-active sales support. The primary task being to take responsibility for anything that can promote products and revenue, while offering support and solutions to Lumen Australia Sales.  Main responsibilities will include but not limited to; ·         Establish and Maintain communication channels with internal and external customers through professional presentation and attitude. ·         Takes direction and provides support from account managers as required in consultation with General Manager - Sales ·         Assist in development of customer specific product or customer presentations. ·         Assist in the planning and project management of customer projects. ·         Assist with managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. ·         Develop positive relationships with clients. ·         Act as a support point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs ·         Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. The successful candidate must have the below requirements: ·         Work experience as Internal Sales or similar. ·         Hands on experience with an ability to deliver excellent customer experience. ·         Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular) ·         Conscientious with the willingness to accomplishment all set tasks. ·         Attention to detail.
