Accounts/Administration Officer - Building/Construction sector Nerang Site - Flexible hours - permanent part-time - 30 hours per week   - immediate start We supply to the Building/Construction and retail sector throughout Qld and nationally. The job is varied and you can learn more, some duties are below: .        Process reports compiled by Sub-Contractors to enable Builders and Developers to be invoiced .        Accounts Payable  .        Send Account Statements monthly .       Process Credit Applications .       Check terms & conditions in contracts .       Plus Ad Hoc duties Your skills and experience: Customer focused and able to build and maintain business relationships. Be professional, hardworking, prompt and accurate. Good computer skills, Word, Excel and experience with MYOB a must .
