About the role We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at KompleteCare Community and Home Care Pty Ltd in Kilburn, SA. This part-time role is responsible for handling all accounts payable functions and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. What you'll be doing Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and resolve discrepancies Maintain records and update supplier information as required Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes What we're looking for Minimum 1-3 years' experience in an accounts payable role, preferably in the community/healthcare sector Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we offer At KompleteCare, we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment.
