THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE As a Technical Sales Representative, you’ll deliver consultative, solution-focused support to the distributor network — helping them configure custom window furnishings and navigate the technical details of made-to-order products. ​ You’ll become the go-to internal expert for a portfolio of repeat customers, building trust through accuracy, responsiveness, and strong product knowledge. ​ Working closely with the customer care, product and external sales teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are scoped correctly from the outset—reducing errors, saving time, and strengthening relationships. ​ This role offers a clear path for progression into product management or external BDM positions for those looking to expand their career in a highly technical, fast-growing business. THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING Experience in a customer service role with a technical or product-driven focus. ​ Confidence working across teams to support customer needs and problem-solve. ​ Familiarity with systems and processes that support quoting, ordering, or service delivery.
