Solicitor | Recoveries Litigation Sphere Legal is seeking a Solicitor to join our dynamic team, delivering high-quality legal services with a focus on dispute resolution and recoveries litigation. About the Role: Your day-to-day will include appearing in court, preparing legal documentation, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies. Key responsibilities may include: Managing a range of commercial litigation and recoveries matters Drafting clear, accurate legal documents and letters Working closely with your team to achieve shared goals and support each other What You’ll Bring: Minimum 1-year PAE with a strong background in recoveries litigation Experience in prosecuting claims in the Magistrates and District Courts Experience in using legal practice management systems such as Affinity (LexisNexis preferred ) Why Join Us?
