About the role Managing accounts payable, including liasing with suppliers regarding payments, scheduling and processing regular payment runs Handling fortnightly payroll, including timesheet management and statutory reporting (e.g. Super, STP, PAYG) Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving discrepancies in a timely and professional manner Performing monthly cashbook reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards across multiple entities Supporting the finance team with ad hoc financial tasks and reporting requirements What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role Proficient and comfortable using Microsoft Excel (advanced), Xero and MYOB Thorough knowledge of Australian GST, BAS and payroll compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues A proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Relevant qualifications in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field Why join us?
