The Opportunity As Operations Manager, you will: Lead and inspire high-performing teams across multiple operational service streams. Drive continuous improvement and person-centred outcomes in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework. Build capability and resilience in frontline leaders. Ensure regulatory compliance, service innovation, and financial sustainability. Promote stakeholder relationships that grow Devonfield’s impact and reputation. Key Responsibilities Champion service delivery excellence across all disability support areas. Embed best practice in support models including STA, MTA, and DSOA. Mentor and manage a team of Coordinators and Team Leaders. Deliver on key strategic and financial outcomes including budgets and KPIs. Oversee quality, risk, WHS, and compliance activities. Engage with participants, families, funders, and the broader sector. What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational leadership in disability, health, or community services. Relevant management/leadership qualifications. Cert IV in Disability (or willingness to obtain within 12 months). In-depth understanding of the NDIS, safeguarding, risk, and participant rights. Proven skills in team leadership, budgeting, planning, and change management. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills. Additional Requirements Current Tas Working with Vulnerable People card (NDIS endorsed) National Police Check (within last 6 months) Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) Medication Administration cert (HLTHPS006) Valid Australian driver’s licence How to Apply Need more info or a Position Description?
