Are you a passionate, experienced Office Administrator looking for a part-time role with the ability to work in a busy administration / reception environment and support others.   Youth, Family & Community Connections Inc. is a local Not-For-Profit Community Organisation providing a range of health and wellbeing services for young people, families, individuals, and communities throughout the North and North West Coast of Tasmania. We are a child safe organisation. We are seeking applications for the above position which is based in Devonport and delivers across two program areas. About the Role: This role is part-time and the Administration - NSP Officer is responsible for a range of duties including Financial, Clerical, Reception, and Office Management. Duties also include Record and System Maintenance. The Administration - NSP Officer is also responsible for delivering the organisation’s Needle Syringe Program and supporting the Emergency Relief Program. Duties include making appointments, face to face support, information and referral, compliance with service specialist standards, reporting, recording data and maintaining and ordering stock. The person we are looking for will be organised, engaging, flexible and self-motivated. Key Requirements: Experience: Proven experience working in office management and community services and/or communicating with a range of people Qualifications: Minimum Certificate IV in a relevant field or working towards ·        Skills: General Office Management , Microsoft Suite, Payroll Experience ·        YFCC is a child safe organisation. All applicants must provide a current Driver’s Licence, National Police check, Working with Vulnerable People Registration, Qualification records and current Referees.
