Account Payable Clerk/Admin Assistant
Job Description:
Immediate START We seek applications from experienced Account Payable Clerk/Admin Assistant to join our Chambers Cellars team at Head Office North Parramatta on a full time basis. Brief description of the role: Reconciling Payments with the Inventory system and liaising with Stores and Suppliers. Invoicing and preparation of payments to the suppliers by EFT before the due date. Preparation of bank reconciliations Liquor licence maintenance Utilities invoicing and maintenance Facilitating requests from Stores for stationery, toner cartridges etc. and organising fortnightly mailbags Assisting Admin and Marketing staff for any ad-hoc, data analysis and reporting work. To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate the following: Demonstrated experience working in Office and support office staff. Experience in SAGE accounting system or similar and MS Office. Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to meet deadlines in high volume environment. High accuracy and attention to detail. A positive, can-do attitude. Unrestricted working rights within Australia. You must be flexible, reliable and an excellent communicator.
