We are on the hunt for a Customer Service Officer with strong customer service, administrative and prioritisation skills who will be flexible and responsive to our business needs. About You: You love providing a high level of customer service and business support. You have knowledge and experience in healthcare administration in private practices and understand the NDIS and Medicare You’re a team player who is happy to jump in and get scrappy. You’re flexible to reprioritise your day should business risks arise. You’re tech-savvy and you know your way around a variety of software. You’re incredibly organised with excellent time management & prioritisation skills. What Your Role Will Involve: Sales & Customer Service Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service to support the customers request in sales Responding to emails to a high standard and all actions completed in a timely manner Completing CRM activities to a high standard and in a timely manner Identifying when to seek help to resolve a customer query Actively documenting, maintaining and fostering client and referrer relationship to improve sales & reach company goals General Administration & Therapist Support Providing administrative support to the therapist team. Tasks may include (but are not limited to) Data entry Confirmation of appointments Liaison with third parties Providing administrative support to therapist onboarding and offboarding Scheduling appointments at the direction of management team to optimise efficiencies Any other practical task requested by the management team Being flexible to work as part of a team, to cover other team members during periods when they are away or a task is of a high priority. Essential Criteria (The Non-Negotiables) Customer service and sales experience. Strong online systems/ software skills Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Excellent prioritisation skills & flexibility to problem-solve quickly Flexibility to step outside the confines of your role as an integral part of our fast-growing company to cover team members, or take on new challenges and responsibilities Experience developing systems & processes to optimise efficiency Ability to work independently and take direction from others. Knowledge of the NDIS We’d Love it if You Also Have… (The Bonus Points!)
