The Role: Greeting clients, and maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms. Answering and directing incoming calls for sales and property management. Manage the mail, data entry, stationery, filing, emails and generating letters and other correspondence in consultation with the sales team. The Candidate: The ability to learn new systems and software quickly such as Agent Box, Property Tree (but not limited to). Meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding customer service. Excellent phone manner and written communication skills. Immaculate personal presentation with an outgoing and friendly persona. Ability to think on your feet while multi-tasking, prioritizing and working to strict deadlines. A proactive attitude / approach is essential.
