We are looking for motivated Assistants / Paralegals to work part time or full time in our Dispute Resolution department or our Private Client Advisory department. Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to lawyers . This role demands a high degree of versatility, professionalism, and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following: Preparing legal documents and letters; Diary management; Answering phones and liaising with clients; Archiving; Billing/managing trust and office receipts, etc; File management (including liaison with clients, Government entities etc); and General administrative duties. Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities If you are interested in joining our team and have the skills outlined above, please submit your resume and cover letter.
