You will be responsible for end-user support, proactive maintenance, troubleshooting applications and hardware configurations along with project delivery support.  If you are successful in securing the role, you will gain exposure to various enterprise environments, such as software deployment, remote device management, networking, telephony and cloud infrastructure management.   What your day will look like?  Provide remote and onsite support to clients across the globe. Provide first-level support to customers over the phone, via email, and in person. Issue escalation as required. IT systems monitoring. IT systems & process documentation. Workstation deployment and management. User management via 0365 and Active directory. What experience and qualifications do I need?  Entry-level IT qualification, Microsoft and Cisco. TAFE or University ICT qualifications. Relevant experience in a similar position. Experience in computer hardware and software fault finding.
