Hi-Tec Oil Traders Pty Ltd is a well-established, Australian-owned national manufacturer in the industrial and automotive lubrication sector. We are currently seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and mature minded individual to join our team in a full-time Administration / Customer Service – Stock Control role based at our Cavan, SA location. This is a unique position combining customer service, office administration, and stock coordination. Key Responsibilities: Stock control and coordination Data entry and invoicing Handling customer enquiries via phone and email General office administration duties Providing internal sales and operations support What We’re Looking For: Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail Experience using MYOB or similar accounting/inventory software Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines Professional and courteous telephone manner Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
