The Hallam Community Learning Centre is seeking skilled and experienced Educators to join our team on a flexible basis. We're looking to enhance our group with: Educators with a Diploma qualification Playgroup Facilitators with Certificate III or Diploma qualifications As part of our Early Learning Centre, your role involves fostering children's learning through deliberate teaching methods, engaging environments, spontaneous play opportunities, and thorough documentation. You'll form and nurture meaningful connections with kids, families, and fellow educators, making a positive impact on young lives every time you're here! These positions are casual, spanning 2 to 15 hours weekly based on demand. Successful candidates should have: Completed a Diploma in Children's Services Strong, practical understanding and application of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework Up-to-date certifications in First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Abuse Mandatory Reporting Modules by the Department of Education Current Working With Children's Check A deep passion for crafting engaging and educational play spaces and activities By joining us, you become part of an established Children's Service where you'll collaborate with like-minded educators who share your enthusiasm for the early childhood journey.
