Payroll Officer

We’re seeking a Payroll Officer to manage our complex, multi-site payroll for 50+ staff (including FIFO and regional teams) and to assist our Accounts Officer. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement as we continue to scale our business requirements to meet our commitment to our participants. Our successful applicant will have 3 + years payroll experience (NDIS, healthcare, or not for profit highly regarded). Experience with complex payrolls (casual, contractors, FIFO, multi-site). Strong knowledge of Xero or similar payroll systems. Up-to-date with Fair Work, NES, and modern awards. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and process improvement mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Seeking to be a member and contribute to a strong, vibrant and caring team.
