About the role This is a full-time office management role based in Mornington, Victoria. As the Admin/Office Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational aspects of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the business. This is a hands-on, wide-ranging role that will see you liaising with internal and external stakeholders. What you'll be doing Manage all administrative functions including office supplies, filing, document management, and reception duties Handle account payables and receivables, petty cash, and other financial administration tasks Provide executive support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination Oversee office facilities management, including liaising with service providers and managing maintenance and repairs Assist with HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to improve office efficiency What we're looking for Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite and MYOB systems Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Experience in HR administration and office facilities management would be highly regarded What we offer We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
