Role Requirements The opportunities have become available for an Lead Educator and Trainee Educator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will need; a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) - Lead Educator willing to study a Cert III and have a passion for early education - Trainee Educator a current and valid Working with Children Check a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training. experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF  an ability to interpret curriculum documents effective oral and written communication skills Key Role Responsibilities Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment. Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
