As our Receptionist, you’ll: Greet visitors and staff with warmth and professionalism, offering refreshments and building positive rapport. Manage the office inbox and phone line, responding to general enquiries and directing messages to the appropriate team members. Assist your Manager in organising internal and external company events Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming office space, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and presentation is consistent. Provide general administrative support to the wider team, pitching in where needed to keep operations running smoothly.
