About the role: As a fulltime Clinical Manager working alongside a visionary management and care team, you will set the clinical standard and lead the charge in delivering safe, person-centred, and evidence-based care. This is more than a management position — it's an opportunity to influence positive change, embed a culture of clinical excellence, and shape the experience of ageing in a values-driven organisation. What you’ll bring: Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of five years’ post-graduate clinical experience in an aged care setting. Proven experience in clinical leadership roles, ideally within complex care environments or multi-disciplinary teams. Advanced knowledge of clinical governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards. A strong track record in building and developing high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship, and performance excellence. The ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and vision — guiding others through change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure or sensitive situations. Postgraduate qualifications in health management, gerontology, leadership or related fields will be highly regarded. Why work for Rockpool?
