Job Description:
4Cyte Pathology is seeking enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated Customer service/Admin Support who are committed to providing exceptional customer service to join our team. Key responsibilities will include: Assisting in organising and coordinating the Diagnostic bookings (ECG's, Holter and Blood Pressure Monitors) Uploading and Downloading diagnostic equipment, results and reports organising Diagnostic Equipment and liaising with Collections teams Available to work on a 5 days a week roster, Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm providing day to day administrative support to ensure smooth workflow Ideal qualifications & experience Training will be provided for the ideal candidate, but the skills below will be viewed favourably: Proven customer service and administrative experience Confident computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and general computer functions Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude What we are looking for: A great attitude toward your work Strong verbal communication skills Proficiency in using computer and phone systems Excellent patient and customer care and concern Ability to multitask Ability to work well under pressure Proven problem solving ability An outstanding work ethic and ability to work autonomously and unsupervised as part of a team to achieve and maintain our commitment to service excellence and patient care.
