Your new role This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting a senior executive and board members. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare high-level documentation, and provide governance and secretariat support across national programs. Executive support to a senior leader and national leadership team Board and committee coordination, including minute-taking and document preparation Governance and compliance administration Liaison with senior stakeholders across multiple states Management of reporting, presentations, and internal communication. Diary management, booking travel, organising events and coordination. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience supporting C-suite or board-level executives Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail Confident in managing competing priorities and working independently Professional, proactive, and adaptable with excellent communication skills Experience with board portals (e.g., diligent) and governance processes is a plus.
