Office Admin Coordinator, PA to the Director for a Pub Group Fulltime Salary $70k-$80k + super We are searching for an Office coordinator with experience in multiple areas of Administration. Your days will be busy with a range of responsibilities. Ideally, we are looking for someone from a hospitality background, however not essential. We operate four venues from our head office, 5 minutes’ walk from Redfern station. As the venues grow, the successful candidate will need to grow with the businesses. Daily tasks include, but not limited to: Office organisation, filing and administration. Administration using Employment Hero PA duties including diary/calendar management for the director. Weekly reports & meeting preparation including minutes. Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and fellow staff Accommodation monitoring and admin (we have accommodation above the pub) Email management & monitoring Correspondence drafting Ad hoc daily tasks Management of company files Data entry Expense/petty cash management Good phone answering skills. Key requirements/skills. Experience in administration having worked in an office environment. Intermediate/advanced Office 365. Initiative-taking to work unsupervised and have ability to use initiative to get the job done where & when required. Extremely well organised & focused with the ability to prioritise to complete tasks. Good communicator both written and verbal Good administration skills. Well organised and have good initiative to progress with tasks. Willing to learn and progress. Courses offered to continue upskilling. Must be fluent in English. Must have Australian working rights.
