Job Description:
We are currently recruiting customer service superstars for contract based positions in Gosford! Initial 6 month contract with HIGH potential to extend! If you can easily adapt to new environments, enjoy variety in your work, and are available immediately, then this could be the opportunity for you! Selection Criteria: Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail Proven experience in high volume contact centre OR strong customer service experience in another area Ability to work in a team environment Highly motivated and driven Non restricted work rights MUST be available for rotating roster between 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday (shifts cannot be chosen as they will rotate) MUST be available to work on site in Gosford FULL TIME - first 2 weeks will be in Newcastle MUST be available to start work on the 8th of August 2025 Key skills: Good phone manner Proficient in MS Office Good team player High attention to detail Resolve enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses Experience in high volume environment Let Ignite help find that perfect position for you and APPLY NOW.
