Full-Time Dental Receptionist/Assistant About the Role: Broome Dental Practice is seeking a dedicated full-time Dental Receptionist. The role will also require someone who is willing to be trained as a Dental Assistant to cover staff sickness and leave. We have a friendly, professional practice providing the highest quality of care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Receptionist Responsibilities include but not limited to: Welcoming patients in a warm and friendly manner Manage and coordinate patient appointments efficiently. Verify insurance information, handle billing, and process payments. Answer calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate patient records and update personal and insurance information. Manage lab work and specialist referral letters Keep the front desk area organised and presentable. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience Maintain high levels of patient confidentiality Ideal Candidate: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Word & Excel Experience with HICAPS & Dental 4 Windows- desirable. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer and patient care Energetic and enthusiastic Capable of working independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Maintain patient confidentiality Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Willingness to train or has experience as a Dental Assistant.
