Service Coordinator – Prisoner Release Legal Service Administrative Officer 3 (AO3)/ Administrative Officer 4 (AO4) $64,773 - $85,611 plus Superannuation 2 Year Contract Darwin About the Legal Aid NT: Legal Aid NT is an independent statutory authority established under the Legal Aid Act 1990 (NT). Our purpose is to ensure that people in the Northern Territory understand their legal rights and disadvantaged people have access to quality legal services, and to uphold a fair Northern Territory and national justice system.  Legal Aid NT established the Northern Territory’s first Parole Legal Service in June 2024, supporting and advocating for clients applying for parole and on parole orders. The integrated service provides legal advice and advocacy, as well as support developing strong plans for our clients’ transition to the community. About the role: Under the supervision of the Senior Solicitor of the Parole Legal Service, coordinate the day-to-day administration of the Parole Legal Service. About you: You will have high level administrative and secretarial skills, with effective time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise workloads while working within a busy team in a fast-paced environment. Crucial to your success is your high level interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and an ability to communicate with vulnerable people from diverse backgrounds, including culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) and First Nations peoples.
