We’re on the hunt for a Purchasing Assistant who is organized, dependable, and genuinely takes pride in their work. Experience with Excel, Retail Express, Unleashed, or monday.com is a bonus - but attention to detail, initiative, and a strong work ethic are what really matter. If you’re ready to grow in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!   Key Responsibilities: Process stock requests and support inventory coordination across stores and internal teams Investigate stock variances and provide accurate availability updates to key departments Conduct regular stocktakes and monitor expiry dates to maintain inventory accuracy Create and update product data across Shopify, Retail Express, and Unleashed systems Maintain clean, accurate Excel reports for tracking and bulk updates Support new product onboarding and ensure data accuracy across pricing, barcodes, and categories Build and manage relationships with a small group of third-party suppliers Communicate key updates and product changes clearly across internal channels Provide general admin and purchasing support to the team as needed     ABOUT YOU Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow through Punctual, disciplined, and reliable A strong communicator who can explain things clearly and work well across departments. Comfortable using systems and learning new platforms. Ideally already familiar with Excel, Shopify, Retail Express, Unleashed, or Monday.com Motivated by structure, process, and doing things properly.
