KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out all customer service and sales functions for all customers (face-to-face, online and telephone) Communicate effectively with office and construction staff to carry out procedures effectively Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes Develop and maintain in-depth product and industry knowledge SKILLS REQUIRED: Experience in building & construction retail industry Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in MYOB is ideal (Optional) Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service etiquette Good written and spoken communication skills Good time management skills Attention to detail A current driver's license Able to work autonomously Application Questions: You have requested that to ask candidates the following questions: ** How many years of Sales experience do you have?
