 Job Description:

Office Administration/Accounts position - IMMEDIATE START   An opportunity has arisen to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, pro-active and flexible Part-Time, Accounts All Rounder/Administration staff member to join our small team at our Bayswater head office. Monday to Friday with flexible School hours. We work a 4 ½ day week finishing early on Fridays Ozchutes Pty Ltd is an Australian Manufacturer of waste, linen chutes, waste carousel compactor systems as well as ancillary equipment for the Commercial Highrise Industry located in Bayswater.   Your responsibilities will include: Receiving incoming calls & management of multiple email inboxes Accounts Payables Raising invoices and Progress Claims using Excel & Xero Reconciliation of the bank statement Weekly payroll Follow up of Retention Payments Co-ordination of Maintenance Service calls Filing and assistance with general administrative duties   What we’re looking for: Minimum 2+ years’ experience in accounts and administration. Strong accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and navigating multiple programs. Excellent communication and phone manner. Ability to work independently and take initiative, and work as part of a collaborative team. Positive attitude and approachable personality. Trade industry experience preferred but not essential.
