An exciting opportunity now exists at our Edinburgh North branch for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our growing team.   Your Role As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and positive experience. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine ‘can do’ attitude to your day-to-day work. Working closely with the Office Manager, you’ll play a key administrative support role. Your responsibilities will include filing, data entry, spreadsheet management, handling enquiries, and providing general reception and sales support.
